4.  Dual Members may enter all events except Men’s & Women’s Singles and Men’s & Women’s Pairs.

Please read the Conditions of Entry and Conditions of Play as they will explain which events you are entitled to enter and how the events are played.

The Event Timetable details the completion dates for each round of each event.  Remember, you should play your rounds prior to or on the due date so all the events stay on track.  It is the responsibility of players to contact each other and arrange for the match prior to the due date.

If you wish to play in a Pairs event but do not have a partner, please select the relevant pairs event(s) and write “Please arrange” in the relevant Partner’s Name field.  For example, to enter the Mixed Pairs without a partner:

We will endeavour to find you a partner – that is, somebody who has also elected for the Match Committee to arrange a partner.

To register your entries, click here.  You will receive a confirming email once you have submitted your entry.  That email will contain a link allowing you to modify your entry before the closing date.

The Draw for the first five events will be completed by Wednesday 27 August.  Please contact the Match Committee if you wish to witness the Draw.  You will be notified of the Draw by email.

The Draw will also be displayed on the Bar Noticeboard and Club Website.

As in the past, to preserve Greens 1 & 2, we request players use the Booking Book.  Fill in your name, with the date and time you intend to play your matches.  One of the Match Committee members will allocate the rink you must play your round on.

We really encourage both new & seasoned bowlers to participate in one or more events, although it is important that you do not over-commit as each round must be completed by the scheduled dates. The Match Committee will keep you updated with any changes in the required completion dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
