We are a friendly group that meets 9.30am – 12.30pm on the second Monday of the month to share our talents with one another over a cup of tea/coffee. Sometimes we will have demonstrations or projects you can participate in, if you wish. To make an enquiry please email the club.
April News
We had a morning tea at Ekko Mitchell’s house so the Probus Group could have their Annual General Meeting at the Club.
Our NEXT MEETING is 9.30am on Monday, 8th June, 2026, which is the King's Brithday weekend. We will be meeting in the clubrooms - bring you own projects for a cuppa and chat as we work, or just enjoy the friendship of like-minded people over a cuppa.
KOGO Challenge 2026

Squares will to be made into cot blankets and adults blankets. If you need wool, we do have 8 Ply yarn we can provide. If you have wool at home, it doesn’t matter what colour you use; Stripes, Multi-colour or Plain are all acceptable.
The guidelines for knitters:
- 8 Ply Wool
- Garter Stitch – (Knit every row)
- Square must measure 20cm x 20cm, so check your tension. Generally, 40 stitches on either 4mm or 4.5mm Needles (for tighter knitters) will give this measurement.
