Membership Renewals

This page contains information on how to renew your membership.

Membership renewals are due 1st April.

Renewal is performed by making an online payment providing your debit/credit card using the secure payment process on this NBBC/TidyHQ  website.  There is NO OPTION to pay by cash, cheque or card at the club, or by bank transfer.

NBBC/TidyHQ provides a secure website payment process.  No one will have access to your card details. 

Steps to make your payment

• choose your device to use - you can use a phone, tablet, laptop or PC to make your payment.  Devices with bigger screens are much easier to navigate, so if you have the option, return to this page using the device of your choice. 
• log in to your TidyHQ account:
  • On the NBBC website, Look at the top right hand corner of the screen
    • if you see your name or intitals, you are logged in:

• if you see Log in, click/touch it. Complete the log in process by providing your username (email) and password

• now you are logged in.  Click /touch your name or initials again, to see an account menu. Click/touch "Contact Profile"

• click/touch "Memberships"
• click/touch "Renew Membership"
• confirm your account details - check all details including address, phone, emergency contacts and bridge numbers.  Your State field might be empty - so select Victoria
• and now make payment using your card details.  It is safe.

Help is available

We understand that some members might find this challenging as a concept, and that you may encounter a message in the process which you do not understand when you attempt to pay your membership.  Please contact us!  We are waiting for your call/email.

Alternatively, if you are available, come down to the clubrooms on Thursday at 12.45pm, and we will be holding a group session to walk you thru the steps.  You will need to bring your device (laptop, tablet, or phone), and your credit/debit card.

We need all members to renew their membership online this year, and if you have trouble doing so, then we will provide the support.   This process will give you the information to renew in years to come.
